Over the course of a 12-month engagement, Hudson Crossing helped a major hotel and gaming company design and restructure backend CRS, PMS, Web Content Management and distribution system architecture. In parallel, we drove a whole-sale functionality and look-and-feel redesign of their 50+ property and portal websites, integrating the user experience with the client’s existing loyalty program.
