Tom Botts


Tom is a senior sales and marketing executive with extensive expertise in e-commerce, revenue management and technology across the airline, hotel and online intermediary industries. Following several years as a partner at Hudson Crossing, Tom joined the Denihan Hospitality Group as EVP and Chief Customer Officer. Most recently Tom became SVP and CMO for Miraval Group, supporting the global expansion of the Miraval Group's luxury resort, spa and wellness portfolio by leading digital and traditional marketing, public relations, customer relationship management, advertising, sales, revenue management and distribution initiatives.

Tom has over 15 years of experience in the travel industry and was previously Vice President - Global Travel Industry Sales and Strategy with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. In this role, Tom led a sales and marketing team responsible for $2B in revenue generation across multiple channels including online, Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and wholesale relationships. While at Starwood, Tom also led the negotiation and implementation of Starwood’s third-party merchant model distribution strategies which have been subsequently adopted by the industry as a best practice.

Prior to joining Starwood, Tom was responsible for the Air product at, now a subsidiary of Expedia, Inc., where during his tenure,’s annual revenues grew to over $100M. Tom also led a cross-functional product team encompassing technology, business, and marketing which designed and implemented over fifty product enhancements. Tom began his career with Delta Air Lines where he held roles of increasing responsibility in customer service, technology, revenue management and e-commerce. During Tom’s early career with Delta, he pioneered the use of bar-coded boarding passes which have since been embraced by much of the airline industry.

Tom holds a BS in Logistics and Marketing from the University of Missouri.
